Yep.
Ford dealers usually have specific experience and don't damage the threads. But if they are seized, you'll have issues. Or if someone else did it 10K miles ago, you may have issues. They are known to blow the plugs clean out of the head, taking the threads with them.
I'm not saying it to rag on Fords, or this particular choice or truck. Just negotiate it to be done before you buy and it transfers some of the 'what could happen' to the seller so you aren't stuck later (pun coincidence).
