Both a blower and N02 will eventually deteriorate the head of a 944S2. Issues like pitting of the cylinders, and fatiguing the head are likely to occur.

IMHO, it's best to keep an S2 engine stock. If you have $$ to burn, put it into maintaining the engine (cam chain tensioner/guide, rod bearings, rollers, belts, gaskets...etc).

Don't forget: a working stock engine will propel a car faster than a broken down modified engine. And yes, modified engines break down more.
