It used to be made at a chemical plant in the town I grew up in. When I played football in high school, one guy sprained an ankle really badly during a game Friday night. You know - one of those sprains where the whole side of your foot turns black. He couldn't even walk on it Saturday. The dad of another guy on the team worked at the plant and got him some DMSO. Monday he was practicing as if nothing was wrong.
