My advice is to get your doors in place and make sure they are lined up on the bottom. Then install the bottom drawer fronts and line them up with the boottom of the doors. Cut a spacer the size of the gap you need and place it on top of the bottom drawer and use that as a guide and spacer. Install the next drawer then the next. this way you will have the same gap throughout your kitchen.
