Rit-Dye
Its a fabric dye sold at crafts stores or large drug stores and it will dye most plastics such as nylon etc. It might work but some plastics wont take the dye in. IIRC the plastics used in a lot of car interiors are ABS hybrids and some will take the dye in depending on the blend.
