Sorry Jeff, even if off duty the uniform still represents the employer.
It's possible the employer or his Union have morals clauses as terms of employment which could lead to his termination even if he was in street clothes.
The verbal abuse is one thing, he also physically assaulted a store employee and caused property damage.
Sounds like a winner to me.
His subsequent behaviour supports the opinion that he's a loser.
