traffic law advice
Borrowed a friends truck
pulled over NYS troopers for- no front plate
I explained not my truck
He wrote a ticket anyway said I am responsible for it
Is this the truth?
Is there a law that states that?
Personally I don't agree with it..I do not maintain someone else equipment
Any advice?
