Good for you Lisa, priceless memory. Saying Thanks is a dying gesture
When I was a kid, my mom make us write a thank-you letter after we received a gift.

It is a dying gesture...and the biggest shame of all is that it costs NOTHING to say thankyou; but a simple thankyou can mean so much

.
When I was a kid, we didn't even have to be told to write a thankyou note. It was just a given and I wasn't born in the dark ages. It was actually a pleasurable task!
We think of our customers (especially the ones who have been with us for years) as friends and we treat their cars as if they were ours. They are all nice people really; we're very lucky.
