I'd suggest finding a reliable, non-crazy source of nutrient information on this and studying it.
Or jest eat fish - eat the skin & avoid high mercury (= ocean predators) fish -- many species are contaminated from coal fired power plant emissions

Drink a guinness every so often for 'em - but then it depends on how vegan you are. Are yeast animal enough?
