yup - used a new cheapo Sony pocket camera

the '09 has 3" longer sheelbase than the 0xx to '08 models and is larger ins a few other ways also

'09 has better R. susp. and all of them now have the ESC


Many of the problems in Ye Old Outback that I thought were endemic to Subarus are not present in this one: throbbing engine that almost shook the car at idle, really clunky suspension, etc.

So I guess it was just 194,000 miles on the old car. I am missing one thing tho -- the pull out cupholder on the dash is gone.

F'er also has a rear bumper ht. that the dawg has to jump up on of 25.25" which is worse than the Outback (was 24"), So the geriatric Golden Retriever is a bit perturbed about it - hope she figures it out since boosting a dog into the back is not my idea of fun
