Neosporin. Wrap in bandage. Stop the bleeding. Go about your business. It will hurt, throb, etc. Every day, check for infection and reapply neosporin, change bandage. In a few days it won't hurt much and you can more or less ignore it. After a few weeks your nail will be magically back. I did the same thing a few months ago. Thought the corner of my fingertip and nail would reattach itself, but it fell off. Yikes. But after a month, you could hardly tell.
