I have purchase the metal key part from a seller in the UK on EBAY. I sent him a picture of my key and it works flawlessly. I need a remote as well but is this really the case that I need the bar code from the used key for it to be prgrammed for my Boxster? That sucks and if true I guess Porsche will get their 1000% mark up from me for the extra remote.
