Is the ATP a problem because ATP pilots want to be PIC, or because most of the pilots don't bother with an ATP for flying the helo? (we actually see a little of both)

If my RC helicopters are any indication of ability, you really really don't want me in the driver's seat!! I'd come out ahead if I just bought them "pre-crashed".
