Well I'm dropping the engine soon, Wayne just got his first mortgage payment from me on the order I placed yesterday. And as an after thought I was thinking of the engine pad. I didn't think it was so noisy with out it but I never put more that 1-1.5k on it per year. With a better tranny and heat exchangers this will change. I never even had heat in the car since 2005 when I bought it.

So I see the heavy pad and lighter pad each have a vote do either fit better than the other and is the difference primarily function of material or actual weight? I don't think I like the visual of the foil look, I'm old school survivor look.
