IMHO you need to work on turbo flares to get them to look historically correct. Otherwise, you have a early car with turbo flares

Gib has done a great job of having his turbo flares rounded out to a more ST shoulder or shape. I can't wait to see them painted.

My rear ST flares were based off the German ST flares from TRE- I just had mine made custom out of equivalent guage steel as the Porsche chassis. I used the TRE flares as a template. I chose not to put the TRE flares on my car because of the thinness of the metal. It did not match the thickness of what was being removed. I did not want to repair paint from possible rock dings/chips from racing.
I do have to say the shape, and condition of the TRE flares were really good and should be OK for a street car.
The fronts are fiberglass RSR from Getty (the best fiberglass I have fitted over the years)
