Quick and dirty (simple shape) would be a sheet of plastic and a heat gun. ...but, tight corners are difficult (usually you'll need forms/tooling for the tighter details).
more specifically...
Being made of soft foam, a seat is about the worst mold you can have. (giving you next to zero available tool pressure). So, you either make a rigid mold/pattern, or chose a very low pressure method. --Free forming a sheet of plastic and a heat gun, or a wet lay-up of glass (and a lot of finishing).
