Garage
I had the coin pattern, and did not like it al all - was difficult to roll things over and difficult to clean. I considered VCT but was not sure about their resistance to fuel and chemicals (i.e. paint thinners and regular fuel) and finally got me an epoxy coat, at Costco, for about $110 - which makes my garage look like a showroom.

Its extremely easy to clean, did not cause any issue with the door and looks great with the work-lights on. I have it for 2 years now, and it is still looking good. I guess I will need to renew it in 3 years - but not a big deal.

By the way, you can always go the VCT way if you are unhappy with the result :-)
