The vitamins I take on that list are just three pills, the list contains what is in three pills.
I am 55 and find that vitamin works for me. I have been taking multivitamins most all my life.
I stay away from the "drugstore" brands and try and get what I think I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I do not eat right and tend to drink a bit more than the recommended amount
on occasion...like occasionally on Monday and occasionally on Tuesday and occasionally on Wednesday and...well you get the picture.
