Milt, I've considered that. However.. bits of wire, tape, and solder ground into the carpet do not make for happy feet. Or landlords. Or women. My garage floor is littered with the stuff, and I do my best to keep it down.
Should have seen the carpet in my old apartment. And we didn't even work in there...we worked in the garage.
