That, according to the folks on a linguistics forum, is a transcript of Serene Branson's Grammy broadcast. Very interesting that she managed the rhythm and metre of normal english speach but could only string together nonsense syllables. Thankfully it appears not to be anything serious, although I'm sure it was completely unnerving.
I don't mean to make light of it, but I find it interesting and thought others might too.
