Well, I know a dude here in New Zealand who has a 2.0 non-turbo Subaru flat 4 in his Kombi - it runs 13s on the quarter mile.
My only comment is that I might have to start buying engines in Japan and selling them in the US, 'cause I get the feeling the dudes prices are above NZ$ ones.
