Cap/rotor/wires and plugs (original poster did not mention plugs - I'm assuming) on an SC - I'm usually into that a solid hour. I'm VERY slow.
Still, it looks like even slowpoke me would have it done two hours ahead of the shop. I would even have time left over for a nice manicure.
