I am sure they a quoting labor time out of the book. This book gives the what they call the average time to do the repair. There is a fudge factor that is added to all of these labor times. You would be better off paying for actual labor time, except if they run into trouble then you could be in store for a high bill. If they quote from the book this is the most you will pay. I would shop around and get several quotes.
