It will be easy for you to compare parts cost here with our host. Use the parts # in the catalog to get prices. the labor times do seem long, plus sounds like you are in a state of distrust ( I would be too). With your experience you could do a lot of those jobs yourself, and do some bonding with your 911. If you are too busy I'd shop the job elsewhere.
Maybe ask here for shop recommendation.
