seems that you're either building a track car to drive on streets or a street car to drive on tracks
my attitude is build a street car with T-bars heavy enough to prevent full suspension stretch under the worst of circumstances and use Fuchs to prevent the wheel breaking off when you're pushed of the Hy at speed into the grass and have to slide into holes and ruts
