Its not like I decided to cut down a healthy tree, nature knocked the tree down and I am going to remove it because it is a hazard. Should be fairly straight forward. If I choose to replace the tree in the future it is a decision I will make when I'm ready to. Again... the area where the tree fell is on the edge of a creek and the ground is eroding so no more trees will be planted there. I appreciate your tenacity reciting county tree laws, but seriously................
