I've driven one example, not an SV;
It was a rather beaten up Miura that hadn't been restored. I took it out on some straight & narrow Illinois farm roads. The tires were dangerously old. The cabin was hot & smelled like oil, gasoline, and cows. The gearbox felt crunchy.
But once the mixture leaned out a bit and it warmed up, that V12 could sing, and I let it do so all the way up to about 140 MPH. I felt that at any moment, I could die in a ball of flames.
Seriously amazing achievement of a car for when it was made.
