Sta-bil and variants work to minimize the ill effects of water in the fuel system but nothing I've found will deal with the corrosive effects of the ethanol itself on the (very-expensive-to-replace-and-when-they-fail-suddenly-will-turn-your-911-into-a-tremendous-ball-of-flame) fuel system components used in vehicles manufactured before the early to mid-90s.
