Be careful where you tread here, KEV.

You would need adapters to go from axial mount to radial mount on the calipers, which several people sell. Next you would need 951S rotors and possibly the hubs for these as well. Don't forget the pads, plus the hard lines or some SS lines to work with these.

As for wheels, late offset phonies will not clear these calipers. You will need garbage pail or club sports, possibly Cup1's to clear them.

Possible, but you will need all of these things (I may be forgetting things here as well) to make it work for you.
