Yes in 10 weeks it's already been more reliable. I'll elaborate.
The first thirty days of ownership my GC spent almost 90% of that time in the shop. It died at stoplights and until the day the lease was up they never figured it out. One of the regional guys for Chrysler even drove the thing for a few days to confirm that it died, however they couldn't ever figure out why.
After we gave up on that problem it was a series of other issues to follow in the first six months. Front axle seals were leaking and the front diff went dry, the truck was locked in place in the garage while I was out of the country. They had to tow it away squealing as it was pulled across the floor.
These are highlights which don't include the issues with the radio/nav unit that they never corrected after several "antenna upgrades" to the SAT antenna. static in the radio that required a new wiring harness to the amp under the passenger side rear seat.
Later that year the following was replaced or diagnosed and not corrected:
Gauge cluster died entirely - replaced took a week to get parts
Computer died during reflash process - three weeks to get correct computer from Chrysler.
Exhaust leak from union between downpipe and CAT, fixed multiple times, finally gave up.
Tire pressure monitor system updated several times without resolution
Rear drive line replaced twice for vibration
Brakes done multiple times due to warping ( was told this was normal)
I'm sure there was more to this list as the wife also took it in a bunch of times. Out of the whole mess I really feel bad for whoever owned it after me.
And yes his was a 4.7l
