I have been experiencing this problem for a while and I thought it was unique to my home desk top. I just didn't bother to fix it on my desk top since I could just log on to the mailbox via the web. I just tried to configure my new HP Slate to sych up with my web mail, and it's experiencing the same problem:

I can download e-mail from the server, we'll call it mail.soukus.com

For the incoming IMAP mail, I have the server set to: mail.soukus.com
and for the outgoing mail I have it set to smtp.soukus.com

I've checked and double checked my password and I still cannot send to the server.

The same config info is on my iphone and it works just fine.

What am I doing wrong on my Windows machine running Outlooks?

Any tips to help remedy this will be greatly appreciated.
