Aside from the potholes it looks like only one rain induced failure just west of the Beverly Park Entrance.
Street Services were there for a day putting up the danger barracades. It took 6 men (three crews).
Fire Hydrant water line now exposed. Danger.
Heavy runoff caused this small gulley leading downhill into the Valley. This happens at different locations on Mul every couple of years.
Note: Not a good place to lose it and go over the hill here.
