Uh.... Yes! Shouldn't be shocked when you touch the plug wires - sounds like a tune up is in your near future plans! You might be surprised how well it will run afterwards.... Don't cheap out - wires, plugs, cap, rotor, fuel filter etc.... Oh and a fresh tank of premium gas too.
