Sorry, My sister from Rolla MO came to visit the last couple of days. They come in and ruin all the work I am doing to help my 91 year old Mother with post stroke dimentia I take care of every day. They aren't around, don't know what is going on, or what to do, and instead of asking they just do what they think would help, and the worst part when I try to stop them and tell them what REALLY needs to be done they act like they didn't hear me and do what they want anyway no matter what the consequences are because they aren't going to be here to see it anyway. Freakin arse hole idiots. Every time they come they just have to go thru and rearrange things. It's almost like they are picking over her belongings after she has died. This time they rearranged MY kitchen cabinets because it's not how they would have it. My cabinets have been that way for freakin 15 years and now all the sudden it's not okay? I don't care, but to a stroke victim moving just one thing confuses them, they give up and quit trying. Just having my sister here moving stuff around upset Mom so much that now she can hardly walk and wants to do nothing but sleep. It will take months to get Mom recovered from this carp just because my sister won't listen. And the negative consequences happen even after I put everything back where it was before my sister moved it all. Once my Mom sees something has been moved, then she mentally panics, doesn't remember where it was, and can't finding ANYTHING. It's worse than going in to a blind persons house and rearranging the furniture because the stroke victim has a hard enough time remembering where things were before their stroke and an even harder time learning the "new" place. Arrrrgh!!!

My friend's wife is a Hospice nurse. She says these people are called Seagulls in her professions. They fly in from far away, **** all over everything then leave the mess for you to clean up. I call them stupid, egotistical, do gooder, some beaches.

Ignorant means you just don't know any better, Stupid means you don't learn. Ignorant is temporary, Stupid is forever.

I've experienced sort of the same situation in my family, very frustrating indeed.
