Right, I agree with Mike - seems a bit light on the details. I don't get the whole story here, you're finding your own engine, then shipping it to these guys, then having them modify it, and then having them ship it back for you to install? Doesn't seem like the best way to go, I would just do all of the work yourself, my tech article on the conversion documents 99% of what you need to do.
One thing - the shipping quotes back and forth are very reasonable.
