No such thing I presume.
The question I have, as I am always working on stuff in the garage, kids come by to have me adjust their brakes and work on their bikes which is fine, and I get em back on the road. They're all around 13 years old.
They saw my electric scooter, and they wanted to ride it. There are 4 or 5 of em that come by a couple of times a week. I called one kid's parents, and she said it was fine, but I didn't bother to call the others.
I slap a bike helmet on em, make sure they have shoes, and ask him if their parents said it was okay. They tell me yes, and go on their way. They horse around on it til the charge is gone, then bring it back.

As parents, how many of you are going to sue me to full extent of the law if one of em gets hurt? In CA electric scooters are like bicyles or skateboards. They're legal unlike minibikes, provided kids have helmets.

How stupid am I? I know I'm stupid...
