I suspect she will have a legal case for wrongful dismissal. The 'value' of the claim will depend on her losses (hoe soon she finds a job) and her years of service. I doubt she will get much out of it. Aside from more 'fame'.
Bottom line: Don't make porn videos and expect to stay employed at the Catholic school board. It's not rocket science...

You totally missed the point. I don't think anyone was surprised that the secretary was fired.
What was a little surprising is that the kid was suspended from school.
