Good summary. However, there doesn't seem to be a threat here lacking compliance to the request. IMHO, declining a request, then asking doesn't constitute blackmail. Instead, if she said, "I'll make you a man if you don't tell" - that is either blackmail or an excellent school year.
I agree with the other charges you describe:

-Identity theft, harassment, and stalking.
"complete with a racy photo of her in her undies."
-Stealing copyrighted media from another business. Minor in posession of adult materials with distribution.
