Thanks Mike. I assume that is your Boxster page that I have read about 42 times!

I just double checked and according to the "lost code faq" no cdr-23 radios use a code. So I'm convinced.

This is going to sound smart alecky, but don't take it that way. It was actually your site that was making me wonder about the 2003 radio code. If you look at the section on radio codes it says;

"...radio if he doesn't have the code. It was used on '97 thru '03 Boxsters. Later Boxsters don't require the code and use different radios."

Your site is very informative and well done, you should take it as a compliment that I was putting so much stock in one sentence from it!
