Then why flame the guy (anonymously) until you've had a chance to talk to him? Most professional and reputable shops (including Weidman and Reed) will work with a customer if he's not satisfied with the work. OTOH, if, after contacting the shop, they refuse to resolve the problem, then it would be appropriate to flame-away!
