However, you can then add November 2nd to the interesting math year scenario:
11-02-2011. Or 11022011 (same fowards as backwards, as in "A man, a plan, a canal: Panama.")
Also, in Europe, where they use day-month-year format, you have:
20 November, 2011, or 20-11-2011 (20112011 repeating)
