20 years ago, I was a claims adjuster for Hanover Insurance. I handled lots of this kind of stuff. I'd write a certified letter to this Adjuster's Supervisor, rejecting the "findings" and demand a "face to face" meeting to go over the facts and evdience. I would also remind them that you their insured and use the words, "Bad Faith" in this letter.
