So, took the suggestion with the most 'votes' and bought a Boundary Bay Brewing Co. Gift card and mailed it. Yesterday, he sent me an email back. PPOT nailed it, again!
I just got back from a trip and your gift card was on my desk. This is a very kind and thoughtful gesture that certainly was not expected. You really nailed it on the head with this as I live three blocks from there and had been thinking about taking the family out to dinner lately!
