Discount "Speedster Humps" any good?
When I had my '04 Anniversary Edition I had a set of real Porsche humps and the bags they stay in. Of course I sold the car and the humps went with it.
Now I have a 2011 987 and am thinking of getting the humps again. I know there are aftermarket ones, as well as the Porsche ones for 1k or more.
What is the difference, besides the price, of the two? I read something about the cheaper ones attaching to the roll hoops and it appears they have a hinge in the middle. I am referring to the ones on Ebay by someone called "Directcartoys" in Fla.
Is it best to just bite the bullet and get the OEM ones? I am betting that will be the answer but I had to ask. I am not ready to get them right now just mulling it over.
