clutch pedal
Hi,
I have an '82 930 and have a question ref the clutch pedal. I've replaced the cable and adjusted the clutch. While putting in the new cable I saw that the return spring in the pedal box was missing. I got a replacement spring and put it on; however, now the pedal stops before it returns completely (about an inch or so from the top). The "Omega" spring is still good. I can hook my toe under the pedal and pull it up all the way. Has anyone run into this? Should I just adjust the clutch with the pedal at this lower location? I think I had the same issue with the SC I used to own.
Thanks Frank
