Thanks for the advice. I always wished I had kept the humps and sold them separately or kept them. Yes I paid dearly for those "twist lock" things but they really held the OEM humps on!
I never thought I would own another Boxster to use them on so they went when the car did. Dunno if the 986 style will fit the 987 you'd have to get some guys to try it for you obviously.

Off topic but I was reading your HID light conversion for the 986 and 987 I see that it stops at 2008. Is there some reason the conversion can't be done on a 2011 Base? And what suppressor,choke, capacitor did you use in the power line to the ballast to cure the RF interference? I assume it was only AM noise and not bad enough to affect FM? Just curious because I have a radio license and deal with all sorts of things.
