as long as the whole 951 is there (even if body is messed, mechanically sound) go for it, its not as hard as its made out to be; everything will swap over. someone mentioned the only problem being intercooler plumbing; you will have to remove the front badge panel if you have the early car which requires drilling spotwelds, only takes like an hour though.
..or you could swap your NA's backend to the turbo car..lol
