I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Mitutoyo.
We've sent a couple of digital calipers back to them over the years for repairs and all was good.
Not that it's relevant to your Mitutoyo, be we also sent a Starrett test indicator to Starrett a couple of weeks ago for repairs and it came back as new. The cost was around $70 IIRC, so that might give you an idea of cost for your Mitu.
