I truely appreciate it. It looks to me like you can get a whole lot more home and property for your money out there. I have visited DFW many times for business and have always enjoyed how polite the people are relative to CA. The longest I have ever spent in TX was when I'd visit my father in Plano years ago. Sadly, mostly I visited him during summer break, the heat and humidity I still remember.
My wife and I have a lot to think about and discuss, San Diego will be very hard to leave. I would miss my ocean fishing, off road trails and the ability to ski and surf on the same day if so motivated. I'll look into all the areas mentioned, thanks again.
