well, its been quite awhile since i worked though, so lots of things have changed. like feedback. it is totally ridiculous that sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers. what round-table decision-maker came up with that nonsense needs to be flogged.

i think you meant dead-beat buyers.

non-paying bidder alerts. a buyer gets three of those, IIRC, without correcting the situation, they are suspended. also, leave them positive feedback, except state what happened. people love that.

ban them from your auctions so they don't mess with you. then, if they open another account to mess with you, report it. they get suspended. you can also mess with them: report them for underage user, incorrect user information. this will cause them to have to jump through all kinds of hoops.

don't get me started. all the nasty internet tricks i know, i learned from users doing it to each other.
